As I try to begin building my portfolio, I plan to use this blog to showcase some of what Ido. This picture was taken this past weekend. It was this little guy’s christening. This, I suppose is my first official addition to my portfolio as I go about getting more serious about this thing I do. TIA for your comments.

I’m starting to realize that sometimes the only way to get willing volunteers in your images, is to ……well…….do it yourself. TIA for your comments.

Took this picture at a street fair in Baltimore. It is a bit over-processed, but I was trying to make sure that the graffiti on the wall showed up. TIA for your comments.

I am catching up on some older images I never uploaded since I started this project. I am taking the opportunity to learn more about enhancing my images with software. I like how comfortable she is…not in a hurry. She’s waiting for bus and using that time to catch up on her reading. Must have been a good book. TIA for your comments.

Went for a walk at a nearby pond today. Lots of stuff going on, but I was able to capture this man just relaxing and fishing. I’ve never done it myself, but hopefully some day I’ll get the opportunity to. TIA for your comments.

Trying to get back into the groove with my project. It has been a bit of a struggle. I am trying to design a reasonable workflow along with trying to retrieve some lost images. As we were getting into the car this morning to head off to church, this ‘young’ couple passed by. As I watched them, I was thinking that we all go through stuff, as I am sure they have, yet here they were walking along arm in arm. I want to be a professional photographer, and I am sure that there will be setbacks, but I just need to keep ‘walking along’. TIA for your comments.
